We met Marshal and Beth at a home show in Del Mar. We knew from the moment we began talking to them that it was a good fit!. We had never done any large renovation projects and didn't know what to expect but had heard horror stories. All of the decisions which could be overwhelming, Beth made easy with her design sense and her suggestions. I learned early on just to trust her judgement which made the entire project an amazing experience. My husband and I were at polar opposites when it came to our vision for the space and Beth brought us together in a compromise which turned out beautiful and just what both of us wanted. I would not even think about using anyone else to do any projects on our home. The project was completed on time even during the rainy season and on budget! I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We are extremely happy with our remodel, thanks to Spaces Renewed. Marshall and Beth are so passionate about what they do and that passion produces amazing results. Their planning and attention to detail was evident from the day we met them and continued throughout our entire project. We spent a lot of time together reviewing plans and costs, selecting finishes and fixtures, and making decisions on every last detail. They were always quick to answer our questions and respond to any concerns. The SR crew of professionals and tradespeople were all respectful, friendly and communicative, which made it just a bit easier for us since we continued to live in our house during the entire 4-month process. We remodeled our entire kitchen, dining room, outdoor patio and one bathroom and the project was completed in the expected time frame and most importantly, right on time for our holiday deadline.

Also, the extended Spaces Renewed family were all super helpful, informed, dedicated, positive, and incredibly hard-working people. We ended up doing an entire house remodel and have moved back in to our home and are so pleased with the results. We chose to move out to expedite the process and we were back in our home within six months - the suggested timeline that was given to us. We expected the project to go longer but were so ecstatic that they finished on time. Beth and Marshall both have such a vast knowledge base from conception to design to execution. They offered up ideas, choices, and options, until we got what we wanted out of each step of the process. They were incredibly patient with us because we came with a lot of questions! They used the highest level of craftsmanship with top-notch vendors and created the home for us that we always hoped existed in our current space. I do and will recommend Spaces Renewed to anyone looking to remodel all or parts of their home. If we have future projects, we will undoubtedly come back to Spaces Renewed to help us again. Spaces Renewed turned our non-descript kitchen into something you would find in a magazine. We loved working with Beth and Marshall as they helped us turned our ideas into reality and our dream kitchen. Beth has great skill in figuring out the small details to get the most of a new kitchen space and really worked to make our kitchen be both beautiful and functional. She blended two very different styles into a cohesive work-space. Marshall planned every step of the project and kept the crew working on an exact timeline to get our project completed in a timely manner. He ensured the workspace was clean and tidy and caused the least amount of disruption to our household as possible. Both Marshall and Beth were very easy to communicate with and everyone on their team was very friendly and professional. We highly recommend Spaces Renewed.

Renovation/Remodeling depending on size and scope, can be very stressful. Varying personalities between builder and client can certainly add to the frustrations during the process. After all, it is your home and the cost involved is enough to expect some rough moments. There were rough moments, but I couldn’t have picked a better team with Beth and Marshall Booth and their crew, of Spaces Renewed to deal with. Our impression of Spaces Renewed team were consistent throughout the project; straight forward, honest, and “do it right” kind of company. They did not try to up-sell us but gave us the control to reinterpret some of the designs ourselves. Spaces Renewed accommodated our changes willingly and patiently, while still insisted and made sure we were building code compliant. They walked us through CAD drawings in their design center, showing our home layouts to fully visualize the project, which really got us very excited. Being able to visually see the entire scope of the project, and being able to work with Beth and Marshall on modifying certain spaces, eased a lot of our uncertainties and doubts. We started out with a home that was full to the brim of random furniture and stuff accumulated over 40 years by the previous owners. I felt comfortable with the crew and definitely felt they were trustworthy. They pointed out valuable things in the house we did not know about and advised us to handle and secure them. We commend Spaces Renewed for what they had to plow through and work around with. They simply worked with us patiently and even helped us with a lot of things outside the scope of their business in order to help us complete the project. Needless to say their ability to meet the deadline, not that we had one, was hindered by our own personal matters and to no fault of theirs. They had great and efficient budgeting system set, but of course our own preferences and changes added to the cost. But ultimately, the results and their work quality made it all worth it. Our impression of Beth and Marshall of Spaces Renewed is that they run an honest business. They are straight forward, and did no sales pitching and up-selling. They initially work within the box to ensure code compliance and job done right, but provided a lot of flexibility to have our vision of the project come to fruition. We learned a lot from the experience as far as how to handle ourselves during the process, relate and work with the builder, and dealing with the entire renovation. And that, can only happen if you have the right company that works with you. We would do it all over again with Beth and Marshall Booth of Spaces Renewed.

To say the least, we know first-hand the difference between poor and excellent workmanship as well as mediocre and first-class construction design and management. We had met Marshall and Beth at the Home show. Really loved their attitude and visions. Unfortunately we weren't quite ready to use their services. We kept their contact info for 3 years! We knew when we were ready to remodel ....they were our choice!! Our remodel was to add square footage to the master bedroom and add a completely new master bath. The job went very smoothly. I can't say enough great things about the subcontractors they used on our project. We lived in the house while the construction was in progress with ZERO disruptions to us. We are very happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend Spaces Renewed.

We love the advantages of a husband/wife design and contractor team. Creating a detailed design phase was an education in itself and we wound up with a plan that surpassed our hopes.. The job was completed on time, about four months. We were pleased with each of the crew and tradesmen and the on-going communication was optimized by a first rate internet based process. The project included renovation of the kitchen, and master bath, revamping the fireplace and laundry room and laying wood floors in 3 bedrooms. Everything was done to perfection. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Spaces Renewed if you value superior quality design and workmanship. We hope to use them again for another project.
