Far right picture is before, the pics on the left are after. Spane finished my building on time at reasonable cost. Garage doors are next, but due to supply chain issues, they will be a little while. I am so happy with the results, the professional attitude and the honesty and integrity that Mr. Spane and his crew have provided. Thank You!

Spane built my indoor riding arena in 2006 and I've been very pleased with the results ever since. The building features horse stalls, a hayloft, an office/apartment, workshop, and garage. Spane introduced me to previous customers so that I could customize my building with numerous special features. The final construction has provided a well built and impressively strong structure that has been enjoyed by family, friends and many visitors. I found Spane to be very easy to work with and would highly recommend them.

I have used several contractors over the years and Spane was the best experience yet. They were prompt and professional through the entire process. They made change orders easy and transparent (I continued to come up with new things I wanted mid process) and I was truly impressed with how quickly the building went up. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality build at a great price with no headache.

My husband and I would recommend Spane to anyone looking to build a post frame building. We are so happy with the quality of our building and the crew was also great, we have zero complaints! The communication was also very good from start to finish which is huge when looking for a builder or contractor of any sort. One of our choosing factors was also the fact they are family owned and have been in the business for so long. We really appreciate everything and would choose them again for any future builds!
