I have resided in this complex for approximately 4 years. During my time here, I encountered very few issues. Moreover, the grounds are kept neat and well manicured. Further, I have encountered few issues with maintenance. On the few occasions my apartment did need maintenance, the maintenance personal showed up within a reasonable time. Furthermore, maintenance was able to fix the issue. At this time, our maintenance man is Keith, has been the best one we have had in the past 4 years. Moreover, all this would not occur without our complex manager Gina Carr. She has a great personality, and responds to the tenants issues in a timely manner. Additionally, she treats her residents with respects, and responds to our needs in a timely manner.

I've lived here since 2011. This place was in bad shape. Went thru at least 4 different mangers & 2 or 3 maintenance men. Since Miss Gina & Keith have been here things have been great. If something needs to be fixed he takes care of it even after hours. Anytime I need Miss Gina has worked very hard to make this a safer & much better place to live.

I love living at this specific property. My neighbors are very sweet, and the management and personnel here are excellent! The maintenance takes very good care of the property and keeps any trash, picked up, and properly disposed of.

Great place to call HOME. Gina is the best apartment manager,you could ever ask for. I have lived in apartments all around the country and Spanish Oaks is the quietest place I've ever stayed.

Terrible place to live. When I lived there , the cops came all the time, my car was broke into, and a gun was shot towards my building and just missed my window. We watched drug deals go down nightly, people drunk and yelling off the balconies and nosy neighbors. Would not recommend for anyone. In my opinion, the housing authority is a better place to live.

I love living here, the management is very friendly and things get done in a timely fashion. The property is very clean and well took care of, that’s one of the things I love the most about living at this residence!

I've been here since 2018 and I love every bit of living here its quiet and laid back very close to anything you can want I definitely wouldn't want to live anywhere else it also helps to have a manager like Gina Carr that helps you with anything you could possibly need I recommend living here to ANYBODY its great!

We had a radio stolen from our truck. As someone trying to break into our truck. Also have leaky roof since we been here and has not fixed and now mold is visible on the ceiling in master bedroom.
