Although my tenure was short with Spartan. Every interaction I had with them was positive, professional and left me feeling heard and valued. Had no major issues with the unit. The minor plumbing issue was addressed and rectified promptly. And when life through a curve ball and I had to exit my lease early, there was an excellent clause allowing me to leave with without negatively effecting my rental history or credit.

I am a former tenant of Spartan Agency. I have personally worked with both Jen and Diane.They both are very kind, and professional. When an issue arises they work quickly to get in contact with the right people and schedule maintenance within a timely manner. When speaking with them, Diane and Jen, they always greet me personally, friendly and are ready to answer any questions or concerns I have. My experience with Spartan has been absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. I applied for the rental and was able to work with them to keep my ESA with me upon move in without any issues or feeling any judgment. While living at the rental home, Spartan took care of any maintenance needs quickly. I’ll call out Diane here, because she is professional, kind, quick to respond (both via phone and email), and super helpful. I so appreciated her throughout my rental experience.
This has by far been one of the best move out experiences I’ve had as well. They provided a comprehensive move out list, resources for cleaning, and answered any questions I had very promptly.
I’m grateful to Spartan and Diane for making my experience as painless as possible.

My sister also moved out from a rental that was managed by a separate rental company in town and had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone during the process. They provided little guidance for move out, and she expressed difficulty in getting responses from this other rental company, which made me all the more grateful for working with Spartan (and really Diane).
