We highly recommend Lyndsey Jones, an agent with Spechler & Beck Real Estate as an excellent, skilled professional, and considerate realtor.
It was a pleasure to work with Lyndsey during the purchase of our new home in Santa Barbara. Her expertise and dedication made the process a successful one. Lyndsey was patient, and incredibly helpful with her guidance, which we especially needed because we were out of state clients. She went above and beyond by taking videos of many properties until we found the perfect home.

I HIGHLY recommend Lyndsey Jones and the whole Spechler and Beck team. They worked so hard for us. I really felt they were on our side and went the extra mile to make sure our offer was accepted. This was our fourth house purchase (first in SB area) and I can honestly say that they worked harder than all three other agents combined! They have a great reputation in the area too, which is really helpful in this competitive market. I hope we are not moving again anytime soon, but if do I hope Lyndsey is still in the area!!

This is probably the easiest review I’ve ever had to write because of my incredible home buying experience with my realtor Lyndsey and her team at the Santa Babara office! She was extremely organized, diligent, professional, knowledgeable and just so much fun to be around everytime we had to meet up! Could not recommend a better real estate agency than this one. We found my dream home and they were right there with us every step of the way as first time homebuyers. We love Lyndsey!!
