I had a wonderful stay at Black Bear Lodge at the Spring Brook Resort. The house felt like home away from home. Very cozy and spacious. Although I was solo on a business trip, this house had so many wonderful amenities that could accommodate many guests. The whole downstairs is set up with a game room, pool table, living room, bar, bedrooms and a bathroom. For me, the location was great! The clubhouse was two blocks away and I enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the excellent food. Shopping and the interstate were also a short distance away from the house.

A great casual fit for the area. We stayed with a group of friends and enjoyed the house we stayed in. It was easy to access, the house was clean and amenities were well stocked.

The indoor pool area has a kiddie pool that is not zero entry- but works well for toddlers. It ranges from a little under a foot to about a foot and a half. The website could describe the pool offerings a little better.
The pools were nice but were quite cold for an indoor pool. Also if you swam after dark the lighting is very dark which we found somewhat different. I typically expect kiddie pools designed for littles to be somewhat warm, but unfortunately our 1 year old got quite cold in both the kiddie pool area and the main pool.

We stayed in the winter so we didn’t get to experience any of the outdoor activities but they do look quite nice and hopefully someday we will be back to see them.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bear Den home! It was the perfect location and space for our family of 9. The playground and pool was a short 5 minute walk, the yard was big enough for all 5 kids and the toys they provided was plenty. We are so grateful for the opportunity to make memories in this home- we can’t wait to return!!

It’s not our first stay In Spring brook resort, and definitely not last . Usually we come here every year.Our property, “Nest at the Dells”, was great. Cozy, spacious, very comfortable, and what is the most important for us, very clean. A little Lake behind the backyard was a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back. Thank you.

This condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, convenient to attractions! Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds! The communication was great! We loved the online guestbook for details and instructions on how to access the condo. Its nice to not have to check in at a desk. The location was beautiful, even with the snow and cold! Would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. I do wish the inside pool was bigger ... But with water parks nearby I understand that isn't a priority. 5/5 stars!!

We had an excellent stay at Black Bear Lodge, 353 Lakeshore Drive. The house was beautiful, decorated nicely, clean, very spacious, and lower level was amazing! The rental felt like home. Check-in process was smooth. House is close to the clubhouse that has a pool, hot tub, weight room, and bar/restaurant, as well as close to shopping, interstate, and Dells fun!

We had a Family Game Weekend at a Spring Brook tental home this year. We usually have it at someone's house, but this was much better! There were enough rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably, and there were enough areas to split up if anyone wanted (the kids chose to hang out by the video games instead of their parents a lot) but there was enough room to eat or hang out together too. My family was already making plans for more days next year before we even left.The only tiny negative was that some of the activity games (hockey & ping pong) were a bit worn out. The staff was very quick to answer questions and requests and the home was Very clean.

I stayed at Black Bear Lodge the week of Feb 24th, 2025, and this vacation rental felt like home. It was spacious and has a cozy atmosphere. This house has so many wonderful amenities and is located close to the pool, clubhouse and bar/restaurant, as well as, shopping and the interstate. The check in/out process was very easy and convenient.
