There is ample parking. The building is well maintained. The concrete steps next to the building are not well lit at night, which could create a hazard in the winter time when it gets dark early. It's difficult to turn left out of the parking lot during rush hour because of the heavy traffic. The building has quite a few medical offices. The location is very convenient for those patients who live in the Springfield area.

I had Physical Therapy appointments at the Total Body to loosen a stiff muscle on the left side and right above my buttus. The owner is a George Mason grad and has a very trained and most of all attentive staff. They observe the safety measures and it was a pleasure to go and learn what exercises to loosen and strengthen my core.
