I was misled and lied to repeatedly. They also hired a lawyer to write a contract on my behalf without my consent. When I asked to terminate my agreement with them, they threatened to sue me. I had a contract to sell my home however the lawyer they hired, without my consent, was unavailable to answer questions. For over a month I could not get straight answers. It was a nightmare. They failed to provide critical information material to the overall sale of my home.

Shannon and Kara were awesome. Extremely easy to work with and professional. They worked tirelessly to sell our home. They were willing to talk to us anytime day or night, if we had questions or concerns. If we had an idea they were always willing to hear it. Great negotiators, never talked down to us, and were always in a good mood. This is more than just a job to them, this is finding your forever home. Always on top of anything we asked of them; whether it was an open house, questions we needed answered, or showing us countless homes. They truly went above and beyond. We’ve made lifetime friends. We will never use any other realtors, but since they found us our forever home we won’t need to!

Tanya Devine is the agent the bank
Set me up with. She was so helpful, beyond what I’d assume her job description requires. We looked at numerous houses and she spent countless hours discussing details with me that I’d have easily overlooked. One of my favorite things about her was when she said “I don’t just want to get you in a house and get paid. I want to get you in a house that you are really happy with because knowing that you made an informed and good decision is the goal.” Her knowledge of things regarding homes, her attention to the smallest of details, and her ability to point out things that are so easily overlooked….was impressive. She could probably take her general contractors license and pass it with ease. That’s how good she is. She left her house on a Sunday evening to show me a place on short notice. So short notice in fact that when I sent her the house she said “I can be there in an hour”. She even followed up with me after the deal was done to make sure that the previous owner got his trash out. She offered to help me with painting walls if I needed it. I have never in my life had such a wonderful and fulfilling experience with any sort of service from anyone. It was top notch. If and when I decide to sell a house, or buy another one, she will be the first person I call. If I were her employer I would probably jump through hoops to keep a person so dedicated as her. You just don’t find everywhere, this level of care, sincerity, and hard work. I can’t adequately articulate the amount of thanks that she deserves through this whole process. The only negative to come out of this situation is that I don’t have enough money to buy more houses, because I’d surely like to deal with her again sooner than later. You don’t always get what you pay for these days, and this experience has really restored my faith in humanity, regarding the fact that there are still people out there that do more than expected. There are still people who care.

My daughter bought her first house .... Kara and Shannon were so helpful in the process. Very knowledgeable and approachable! Always available to answer our questions. We loved working with them and would recommend them highly!!!! 5 stars just isn’t enough to rate how wonderful they are to work with!
