Unfortunately, something about this store just isn't right. I started coming here for my normal weekly Whole Foods run because it was slightly closer, but every time I go in, there's always some weird behavior. They have secret shoppers with cameras on their shirts following the black patrons around, which made me very uncomfortable.
When I noticed a random lady recording people, I let an older woman in the store know, and her response let me know what it really was.

I spent over $800 at that store already this month (its only the 3rd week ) between in store and instacart. As a loyal Whole Foods customer who spends over $300 a week for the past 15 years, I was happy to have found a closer alternative when I moved here from NYC. However, this store is not a friendly or welcoming place to its black patrons. I understand the need to protect goods, but the way it's being done is making me feel targeted and unwelcome. I am not a criminal and don’t want to be treated as such.

I would suggest that the store properly identify their security personnel and consider hiring a visible security guard if that's an issue. As a customer who spends a significant amount at your store, I do not appreciate being recorded or experiencing this odd vibe that makes me feel unwelcome.

Unless this situation improves, I will have to go back to Whole Foods, which has always provided me with a much more positive shopping experience. I hope you will take this feedback to heart and work on creating a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all your customers.

With all that is going on, I am not feeling too good about my last visit (Jan.25.25) to this location. I assumed the lady who was walking around was the Supervisor. She made me feel very uncomfortable. This is one of the few places that I still shop at for groceries but I'll have to check to make sure it's still an option.

If someone (or maybe I) can make of list of respectable places to shop for anything that would be much appreciated.

Mom and Pops, this might be your time to shine.

Plenty surprised of in venter of many styles and type of furniture and accessories. Sales associates were great. Let
us shop and check in with us and answer questions. Remember, don't leave what you like and want as this is usually the only one there. Will go back and look for another addition to our home.

Love this one. I find everything I eat now that I am aware of ingredients. I love the white cheddar raw cheese....no one that has tried it is missing out. They also have uncured sugar free bacon yum!!! No nitrates or nitrite. They have Redmond real salt and many other really healthy choices. Wish they could sell raw milk and raw cream.

I really like shopping here at Sprouts, but what a disappointment it was this last time I shopped. I went to get the bananas, and they were rotten. I opened a mango, and it was rotten too. The strawberries were completely soft and unusable.

This location is clean and the staff is friendly. Hats off to the crew at the meat counter - great service! The bulk bins have a great variety and the fruits and vegetables are well stocked.

I usually go to Sprout's at Web Ginn to purchase meats. 2 NY strip, 2 ribeye and Lemon Pepper shrimp. This time the steaks were sour and so were the shrimp. Never going back. Now they’re doing what the other grocery stores do to sell there meats. Just turn it over. Smelled when I opened the pack

I have been shopping at this location since they opened. Since last year, I’ve noticed when I purchase steak or the veggies in the bag at regular price, they’re still bad/spoiled. Yesterday was the final straw, I purchased a ribeye steak( and we all know how darn expensive they are) took it out the pack when I got home to cook it and the smell was awful. Flipped it over and it was turning brownish green. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Staff is always nice but the freshness of the meat and vegetables are no longer good.
