The trailer park is worn down so much that its really getting getto. I dont know if it's change ownership but rhe management has definitely changed and the upkeep has suffered dramatically.

I am very upset that I have to leave such a bad review. I have enjoyed my time at Spruce Haven. Prior management use to keep the park up so well. They made sure the homless only walked through (there was no keeping them off the park with all the trails) and not cause any trouble. My aunt lives at another mobile home park managed by the same managers, and it used to be such a beautiful place to live. Now it seems like the new management, maybe even owner, couldn't care less about the place. The office is never open, we are told we have to pay our rent online, we haven't received a correct water bill since the last manager's left, weeds are over grown everywhere, streetlights are out, trash is everywhere. The same goes for the park my aunt lives in. When anyone tries to complain, the new manager gets very upset, and I have even had his girlfriend yell at me and threaten me. My aunt told me to try the assistant manager at her park. But he is no better. Talks a good talk and blows a lot of smoke, but he is as big of a clown as his manager. Hopefully whoever is in charge of overseeing the current issue with the parks will fix things, and soon. My aunt and I are both thinking of selling our homes and finding other places to live. I can't believe the owner has allowed the parks to become this bad. The old management and maintenance team needs to come back. House definitely needs to be cleaned. Both managers need to go, and a new management team and maintenance needs to be your next priority.

Nice park under poor management. Empty lots unmaintained for over a year! Water bill issue never resolved. Manager doesn't take care of any issues. Homeless traveling through constantly, fires, mentally unstable individuals roaming and shouting profanity. It's a shame. I loved it here until the new manager started . Manager uninterested

New manager is accessory to crimes in patk, water bad, rent fair, bunch of tenants who will hurt your pets, mess with your homes, etc...if you report them.

A MODERATELY PRICED MANUFACTURED HOME PARK FOR ALL AGES... Near shopping, main highways, the beach, forests, and mountains. This is a quiet Community in a delightful town of 9,000+ people.
