While taking in the scenic views that only a bluff over Bodega Head can offer, I watched as a fishing boat made its way to the harbor where it berthed at Spud Point Marina. The busy Marina is a prime location for commercial and sport fishing in Sonoma County.

I was a commercial fisherman and my father had his 38' Silverton there from when they opened until 2003'. The Marina has everything to offer. Clean and we'll kept. Restrooms, Shower's.
They used to have a full service Boat ways owner sold the business. I believe it is still in operation. Commercial fishing vessel area. Shaved ice available. Store has closed. Need to go in town for supplies. Bait ECT.Tjis Harbor is a Hot Harbor. So Zincs on vessels do not last long.
Very quite Harbor. Enjoy your stay.

I have made special trips to the coast from my house in Santa Rosa just to enjoy the FANTASTIC CRAB SANDWICHES!!! And, today, I tried their award winning clam chowder for the first time!! I bought the Manhattan style and it blew the roof off my car!! Not really, but, you know what I mean!!
Their customer service is the BEST!! I left an email once and I got a very special response from the owner the next day!! That's what I call, " The BOMB"😂😁👍👊👊👊👏👏👏👍🙌🙌, thanks, I will be back!! Lisa

We arrived just at the start of Salmon Season July 21 on out 42’ cutter going North. We had come from Drakes Bay anchorage arriving around 1300. There we no slips available so we took a space on a utility dock (no power, no water, no rate discount from the $1/ft) for overnight. Food venues were plentiful and mid price. Showers were $2 for 5 min and a sign posted in the shower space claimed the was no hot water for the first 2 min.
