Stacy was phenomenal!! I am blown away by her professionalism, work ethic and all around amazing personality and character. She is an absolute gem and I am so grateful to have her on my side through such an important and stressful journey of buying/selling a home. Stacy helped us sell our home and purchase our new one. Our property was not the easiest to sell due to its location, and while other agents turned down the opportunity, Stacy took it on without hesitation. She was able to not only sell our home for what we wanted, but also helped us consecutively purchase our new home. We found ourselves in a multiple offer situation with our purchase and she helped us negotiate and present the best offer possible which in turn secured us our dream home. Stacy stepped up for us when others wouldn't. She took on our listing knowing it was going to be difficult. She wanted to work with us during the entire transaction, not just for the parts that were easy and provdied a quick paycheck for her. If you take anything away from our experience with her, take this part. She said yes, when SO many others said no. It wasn't a quick, easy sale and she still took it on. She communicated with us the entire time. Through the ups and the downs, good days and bad days, she was always there. 7am, or 11pm she was there. She worked so hard to make our dreams come true and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We are so excited for the journey we are beginning in our new home and I know we would not have gotten here without her.
