Calling again. At 8am but so many people are calling that they just aren’t going to answer anyone. I’ve been calling everyday since June. Im going to post a review everyday until they answer. They pay to remove bad reviews. Their systems are so outdated because they have zero executive management skills.

Rude staff, no help, GA program is bs, and they are not trying to help anyone. I can't believe I paid. My taxes are for 60 years, and this is the so-called help they have for citizens. Oh, but if not, oh, the sky limit for them.

There customer service never answers always high call volume right at 8 am. I am disabled an prefer calling then going to the office something needs to be done.

It was my first time going to stanislaw county building I didn't know where anything was but once I got to the door the security was very helpful even the ladies behind the glass windows were very helpful I went for my my medicare and everything worked out wonderfully I think stanislaw and all their employees for helping people like me that didn't know a through z.
