I've had no major problems with opening a case or modifying an existing order. Sure, the Case Manager isn't always super prompt, but you have to remember how many cases they have and they do the best they can...it's one Case Manager for hundreds of people. Be patient and kind, they are doing US the favor of helping, to begin with.

Priorities lie with where the money is easiest to acquire, has bias to conduct with agency interaction, communication and ongoing education are key, protect your rights they are court ordered collectors, attorneys and child support specialists are different. "Don't poison the water fountain."
Also, they should change the cement outside with the changing weather, it's blinding- children and persons. Resources are still limited when it comes to people that are evading taxes and employment, I hope that substantial progression can be made in those cases.

After 4 months of not receiving child support, I received a phone call asking me for updates on the child support my ex is supposed to pay. Hahaha! This office is full of idiots. My ex owes me over $10,000 and counting and I'll never receive that money. Does this office understand the child support is supposed to support the child? It's in the name. Maybe if your reps showed up to court, you'd have information on the people you're supposed to collect support from. Instead, you wait months to try to find out what's going on, and call the parent struggling to make ends meet, while protecting the clowns abandoning their children. It's too bad we're hiring people for the wrong reasons. Hire competent people who want to work and understand what the job is and how to execute properly. That's a basic requirement. $1 a month is back pay, is ludicrous. But county jobs, am I am right? You show up, sit down for 8 hours, and do nothing but collect tax payer dollars. Not child support. Not corrupt at all. Nope.

They'll make a court date behind your back for kids that aren't even yours to get your money. Anything these bigots can do to keep the lgbtq community in the gutter. CROOKS! No wonder why EVERYONE IN CALIFORNIA IS HOMELESS!!!!!

They work with you even if you can not afford to pay. I am paying 10% off what I owe with an agreed arrears reduction program. I willbd done paying in March.

This place will charge you for children that are a different race and denie you a DNA test, so crooked, why send refunds to people then charge interest on money due. Now I here the child has been dead for over 10 years.
