The apartments are decent think I’m paying a little to much because it is really outdated! And if you enjoy your privacy I wouldn’t recommend living here I really can’t enjoy my apartment because we get note’s every week from management letting us know they will be entering our apartments they might as well move in with us as much as they’re in our apartment! I miss work like once a week because of management always having to enter my unit and I’m not comfortable with them entering MY “safe space” while I’m not home

I recently viewed this property and was pleasantly surprised by home clean and unkept the grounds were. Jason and Verna were great to work with! The unit in particular had a nice upgrade with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The walls were freshly painted and rugs clean as well. I am looking forward to calling Stationside Village my home!

Me and my husband has been living in Stationside Village for 3yrs now and I must say that I love it 🥰...I moved from Chicago to Wisconsin and I would always call and take care of my business over the phone. And I must say that Verna was absolutely was Amazing every time I called. My husband did the foot work 😁 and when he didn't like one apartment Verna showed him another one, and I must say he liked the last one she did show him 😊.Verna didn't give up helping us until she found us any apartment. Shannon is a great maintenance guy he there to help whatever you needed fixed in your apartment. We had finally got approved for a townhouse, and we were scheduled to move in. But unfortunately my husband passed away before we could move in😢. I had to move, because my apartment was up for remodeling, when I say Diana was a Blessing from Above 🙏. She and the whole staff helped me. I am in a 2 bedroom still in Stationside Village and they have being very good to me I am so Grateful 🙏🙌. It's very quite in the downtown area of Kenosha and I love going to the beach where me and my husband got married at 😊

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! They truly are scammers who will do anything to keep your deposit no matter what they will rip up your carpet and tell you that you owe them money for a new one, and make fake excuses as to why it has to be ripped up. Everyone that moves out has had their carpet replaced for some odd reason, even people without pets. The townhouse it’s self is very small for $1400 and as soon we did not renew our lease they became very rude and not welcoming at all. Shannon the maintenance man is amazing and is pretty much we’re I got all my information from. This place does not feel like a home they truly make you feel as though you are just a “ renter “

Our new property manager, Jason is top notch. He really seems to care about the property and all of us that live here. He’s approachable and always willing to help if he can. Many of us hope that you are here to stay.

Lived here for two years and had very few issues. Conveniently located next to the Metra station, which was a plus for me as a commuter. About a mile from Lake Michigan and a 5 minute car ride to shopping centers and good restaurants.

Unreserved parking is free with rent but space is limited, so it's best to get a garage if possible. The neighbors never really caused any problems and were respectful. If your unit is directly facing the tracks and you fear you might not sleep well, you may want to invest in ear plugs. I used them at night and they worked fine. Trains pass by about once per hour on average. It will take a few months to get accustomed to the noise.

I think the major issue I faced while here was insulation. In the winter you will definitely need to put plastic on the windows to keep the rooms warm. The apartments can be drafty and get chilly in a matter of minutes, even with the heat on full blast.

Verna in the office is awesome and is always willing to help with problems or just to chat. If you are a Metra commuter this place is a solid option.

This is a review for the town homes and staff in general.

We lived at Stationside for 2 years and really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the townhomes are really smart, keeping the noise level downs(e.g living rooms staggered), and finally the location is fantastic.

The location is right next to the Metra station(positive for us) and walkable to all of the downtown restaurants, shops, and summer festivals. There is also a street car stop a block away so it is easy to get around.

The staff is A+. Linda, Shannon, Chuck, and the rest of the staff. The maintenance group is quick to take care of their business and the managers are great with the communication and letting the community know what is going on.

I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

zero stars !!! I would recommend not living here. They decided not to fix the outside window screen before I moved in and woke up to a bedroom full of ants. It was beyond disgusting and unacceptable. Also my patio furniture has been destroyed with a leaking air conditioner coming from the 2nd floor. The apartments are very old and falling apart. Its unlivable so I would recommend staying far away from these apartments. every day I come home to more problems. I'm glad I broke the lease and found something nicer and CLEANER!!
