I started my home-buying experience with a first-time homeowners class. This is where I first met Stephanie, who took the time to teach and answer questions. We had a very challenging purchase experience from moving across states, to a low budget but big needs, difficult sellers and an unresponsive sellers' agent. It is an understatement to say that Stephanie was the saving grace in a nightmare situation. Stephanie had our backs the entire way, including getting a missing well agreement at the 11th hour, keeping our closing on track.

The cherry on top is that after we closed Stephanie walked through the home and saw it was a filthy mess. The sellers with over 10 animals hadn't cleaned at all! Stephanie arranged for professional cleaning services to come in and deep clean the home and covered the cost as a surprise gift to us. Even as I write this, it still tears me up.
