Stephanie is hands down the best real estate agent in the country (probably the whole world actually). She made selling a house so easy and stress-free. She even made it easy and painless for the renters that were living there. I am active duty military, who was selling a house in one state, buying a house in another state, and doing all this while living overseas. Plus my husband was gone and out to sea! I was so overwhelmed with the whole process, but as soon as I started working with Stephanie, it was like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. She was extremely timely with responses, answered the phone at any time of day/night, and just made us feel like helping us was her top priority. She paid attention to every single detail, and ensured it was a smooth and easy transaction. Additionally, she cleaned the house as soon as our renters left, which something that I have not experienced with ANY of the other real estate agents I have worked with.
