I was involved in a vehicle accident and needed a good dependable vehicle asap. I contacted Stephens of Nitro and drove away the next day in my new vehicle. From start to finish these people do great business. Easy to deal with, great prices, knowledgeable staff (I dealt with Dakota) and to top it off they helped me get approved and get a great extended warranty. Also, the warranty was MUCH cheaper than any of those ones offered on TV like car shield and such. If you want great service and a transparent sales process, go to this dealership. Highly recommend and will be making future purchases here.

The only reason it gets 1 star is because I can't do below that. Jody at Stephens auto in Nitro is rude & arrogant. He talks down to people as if he is better than they are. He ran my daughters credit, she was approved and suddenly he wouldn't sell her the vehicle because he wasn't going to make anything from her. Now refuses to give her the paperwork she signed and who the loan went through. She was told to come back to the lot and he would give her that information. She pulled in the lot, Jody seen her and ran inside. Told her he still would not give it to her and for us to leave or he would call Nitro PD to have us escorted off. I have filed a complaint with the management over him. Suddenly, now Jody is having his salesman to call her, trying to have her come back into the lot to talk to her. Sorry it doesn't work that way. And now she's been blocked from their fb page because she let the issue be known.
My suggestion would be, save your time, money & frustration. Goto another car lot. Do not give your business to a person that treats a potential customer like this.... because I'm sure...you too will get screwed over!

I expect nothing from this but would love to tell you about Stephens Auto at Nitro and their other locations. My oldest son is the manager in Nitro WV. His dad was a car lover, salesman and business owner for many years. I am proud that our oldest followed in his dad's footsteps, he is fair, honest and will help you in any way he can.
You could not ask for a better group of co-workers, service department mechanics, bosses and owners at all their dealerships. They are family. I am not just bragging on my son but everyone I have had the honor to meet at Stephen's dealerships. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing customer service! From Larry (our salesman) to Ray (finance guy) and to Jody (manager)…..these guys are top notch! No pressure, just friendly service. Would definitely recommend a visit to these guys. Nice vehicle selection! We had been all the way to South Carolina looking for a Jeep and found exactly what we were looking for when we returned home at Stephens Auto of Nitro!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6 stars….not 5 😊

Outstanding customer service. They’re very helpful and shoot you straight. My salesman Ranson helped so much and was patient during the process. Along with Jody, the manager who assisted in getting my rental back so I could take my car home the day of closing! Ray in the financial department is very informative and makes the process painless! Would recommend them to anyone!
