As a vendor for Jeff Rasak and Sterling Develpoment I can tell you that I have never dealt with a fairer and more principled property owner. We have built the kind of relationship with Jeff and Sterling over the years where I would feel safe entering into a 5 digit contract on only a handshake. Not only does Jeff's company pay invoices on time, they also insist on paying for additional services that many of our other clients consistently try to "sweep under the rug" as a free service. Over the last decade we have helped maintain many of Jeff's (and his partners) income property but have also taken care of Jeff's personal property. Again, he has been one of the fairest clients I have ever dealt with in my 30 year career.
