I've lived here for almost four years and enjoyed every minute of it. It's safe, quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Management keeps the property well-landscaped and maintained. Service requests are consistently answered in a timely manner and with full resolution. Office staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I've been a resident for two years now. I love this place the staff is super friendly and professional. Very helpful and make me feel welcome. The amenity they offer are top notch love my full size washer and Dryer inside my apt. It's a pet friendly community which I love and Mary always has treats in the office for my pet. As far as apartments in benicia Sterling Heights is the best all the way around. 10 out of 10 highly recommend for your housing needs.

I have been living at Sterling Heights for 21 months now. The maintenance is amazing here and taken care of immediately. Have never had any problems living here at all. Love the friendly neighbors here and the staff are always friendly and available for even the smallest of concerns or questions. Truly appreciate the dog friendly atmosphere here too as I have 2 small dogs. We even have gatherings with the neighbors down at the Clubhouse. This is a safe and clean community. I greatly appreciate knowing I have a wonderful home to come home too.

I have been here in Sterling Heights for almost a year, and my daughters and I love it. We use the gym, and now the weather is getting better we will be using the pool a lot too. We sold a home and are now looking to buy, and this has been a wonderful spot for us in the meantime.

Anytime I have needed a repair or some help with something, it happens very quickly. Dan is quick to respond to any and all requests big and small.

Mary in the office/lobby is always smiling, and makes us feel comfortable and welcome, and she can answer all the questions we had about logging into the portal, using any of the facilities and all the other things that come with living at Sterling Heights.

I would definitely recommend Sterling Heights if you are looking to stay in beautiful Benicia!

My impression of the property upon first setting foot on it was that it is well kept and gives an air of a community that would be a lovely place to live! The buildings are maintained and there is no sight of trash overflow or abandoned cars parked. The manager is professional, friendly, knows her residents and is well versed in the business. Living at Sterling is a place that would certainly be accurate in calling home.

My family moved in here temporarily while we wait to purchase a home in Benicia. The staff here is excellent, and the property is kept in great condition. We have put in for a couple of service requests for minor fixes in our unit, and maintenance was very prompt and communicative to resolve issues. I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you’re looking for a space in Benicia.

I love Sterling Heights! I have been here 4 months and I absolutely love it. The staff is great - Mary and Javier are always awesome, and Maintenance (Dan) is great!! Super comfortable, I highly recommend moving here. Amenities have been limited only because of COVID, but gym, hot tub, pool, grill are all very clean and great to use. You can tell I like it here! Lol
