My wife and I stayed here for one year sight-unseen after moving from Illinois. Very well-managed by Jessica and any maintenance issues were quickly fixed - even on holidays. From this location you can walk (though it is a fairly long walk) to Raley's, the El Dorado Hills Town Center, or up into the Serrano area for some hiking. The amenities are well-maintained and we had no issues with parking (2 vehicles). Regarding crime or break-ins, we would often take walks around the property at night and did not run into any issues.

We have been visiting our friends in Sterling Ranch Apartments complex located in El Dorado Hills. Pretty nice place, safety with enough space for parking. The prices are not for low-income families. And starts from 1100$ for one bedroom. There is fitness hall, tennis court, basketball playground and etc.

These apartments are the absolute worst. Please do yourself a favor and live elsewhere. First, there is no surveillance. I only lived here for a year and there’s been multiple incidents of cars broken into, windows broken, garages broken into, and my personal car was even broken into. The pool looks disgusting in the winter times, full of rotted leaves and mold. They don’t clean it. The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation of the neighbor above you and can even hear then using the restroom. In the time I’ve lived here, my fridge, washer and dryer, outlets had broken, and the tub was plugged when I moved in. Management is not knowledgeable. They didn’t even know the move-out process when I called with questions. They will charge you for anything and everything they can when you move out. I am left with basically nothing after they charged me to replace entire carpets and a deep clean, even when we cleaned the entire apartment upon moving out. The apartments need to pay for a cleaning prior to new tenants moving in and instead they’ll put that entire charge on you. I couldn’t wait to move out of here and I will never recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Moved my MIL from South Bay and she couldn’t be happier. Great location; perfect sized apartment for her; pet friendly; valet garbage service; awesome leasing agent (Emily!). Emily understood, accommodated and helped us. Definitely two thumbs up.

Pros: Nice apartments overall. Management is good.
Cons: Insect are common. Over priced when you compared to the area. They charge for water, garbage, and sewer. So expect extra $150 on-top of your rent.

Very good management and for the quality of the apartments, you can’t beat the price. Gym, pool, and hot tub are always kept very clean. Being this close to town center also makes this place a steal.
