This is a very special thank you to Tess and her support staff. I am an older women, who has lived through some very challenging times in the past eighteen months and now had to sell her house and move across country.

Tess guided me through the process of preparing the house for sale, listing it, and closing the sale. She provided me with people who could help me with repairs, painting, packing and debris removal. All were reasonably priced and reliable. She also provided me with the person who did the estate sale. I was doing all of this by myself and Tess was there to give me encouragement and the gentle push that I needed to keep going.

She also guided me through all the inspections and legal documents needed to sell a property. I did my final packing and moved across country twelve days before the closing of the sale. Tess worked with the estate sales person to take care of the house and clean it out for the closing. The contents of the house was sold, the property cleaned out and the closing finalized while I was getting settled in Massachusetts. Tess, thank you so much for all of your help and encouragement.

We were finally able to purchase a home in San Mateo thanks to Tess’ amazing negotiating skills and her availability at any time of day or night to help move the process along. She is a local to this area so she has several critical contacts within real estate, finance and home renovation thatu were crucial to our successful home purchase and eventual sale of our former home. Even several months after we moved into our new place, we are still in touch with Tess and would not be where we are without her expertise.
