We worked with Steve Frankel and his team when moving from NY to Los Angeles. As one can imagine, buying a home and moving across the country can be stressful and a big undertaking. Steve was fantastic to work with and made it possible for us to make this cross-country move and land in a beautiful home within our budget. Steve was knowledgeable about the LA market and an honest advisor as we considered different homes. We made three trips out from NY to LA to view homes and each time Steve and his team scheduled a full day of viewings around the entire West LA area. He was attentive, responsive, and his respect in the industry gave us confidence as we went to make offers and negotiate with sellers. If you want to work with a respected, knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional, Steve is your person! While we worked with him as a buyers agent, I could see that Steve would make an excellent seller's agent, especially for up-market luxury homes.

Today I closed on the former celebrity home my family owned for over 50 years. Steve and his colleague Jimmy Blakeney developed the most incredible marketing campaign that was so effective , the home went viral and is still trending in spite of the home having sold within days of hitting the market. The photos Steve and his team used to advertise the property are stunning ,some taken by drones to show the scope of the landscape. Steve is an extraordinary professional , he is well connected and extremely knowledgable in the exclusive market he represents, and his team is equally as impressive. My home sold for cash over asking at the first ( and last ) open house .The entire transaction from listing to the close of escrow seamless .
If I have not said enough about Steve , he's also a kind, honest and personable human being. I cannot recommend him enough whether you are buying or selling.
