I first met Steve in his position as a rental manager, through a friend who highly recommended him. Steve advised me on how to prepare the property, a long time family home, as a rental property. I appreciated his calm demeanor, sense of humor, and professionalism, and was able to pass the recommendation along to others who hired KRC Property Management.
