First visit the lady told us to fill out a form in order to get a title for our camper in 3 years. We completed the form but on our second visit a different lady told us no - we had to get our camper inspected by WA State Police. Our camper cannot be moved so that is not an option. They should get their stories straight.

These are great people. Very helpful and kind. They have served us very well for over 10yrs. We've used them to orchard several homes and now use their services to ensure our annual financial responsibilities are properly taken care of on time. When we move to Idaho we'd love to continue using them, but they are only licensed in Washington I believe, but I'll make sure.

Excellent closing agency. I was able to get in on super short notice for a closing since I was leaving town. I am very grateful to Stephanie for getting us in there so quickly. The closing itself went quick and smoothly and there was toys to keep my kids busy. Thankyou keep up the good work 👍

Customer service is helpful but their account management / bookkeeping software in their contract collections & title department is woefully out of date. Recommend you use a different title company if you expect documentation meeting the standards of this millennium.

Use a different company. They use antiquated systems and if you have a payment the process and that is due to a 2nd or 3rd party on the 1st, 5th, 20th etc. and it is documented as such, they will still debit a bank account days before that and the burden is on you to have to track and ensure funds are in a bank account before the actual date payment is due. If I have a payment due on the 1st, debit my account on the 1st.
