Very bad experience purchasing car on Wednesday these people said that they have inspected the whole car. The whole car is absolutely fine. But when I drove my car, the screen was not working, so when I came back here, they said that they cannot do anything about the screen. The screen is not working at all. Total class act. Great service good people. Had an issue where my Ram just wouldn’t start, key fob acting like the battery was dead. But it was nothing normal, they could’ve changed the transmitter, but did the due diligence and found a window leak that was shorting the circuit. Saved me from having the same issue the next time it rained. Handled it all smoothly, clearly explained and was thorough as can be.

I guess we can call this a bit of a redemption story. I have purchased several cars from Stewart Chevy over the years. I was driving a Chevy as a tribute to my gramps who pronounced it (shivvy). I had some amazing salespeople Jazz, Nick Haydu, Josh Tolliver...my last interaction with the Chevy folks left me appalled and angry to the point that I had to speak to the general mnager....it had nothing to do with my salesperson (but the person repped the dealership) I purchased the car from my salesperson because she was just awesome but I also vowed never to return because of my experience. That was until the last big storm. I traded a crossover for a compact and that last major rain storm was a wake up call for me....so I looked at the website and made an inquiry stating my financial situation (active loan from the last purchase) Henri , the salesman called me on President's Day. I went in the next day and left with a Jeep that they worked to put me in. So...I'm back to again touting the salesmanship of the Stewart Staff... Thanks

The service department is lackluster at best! Second time I’ve had to take my Jeep in to address a recall and they’ve gone completely silent, no call, text, or repair status. It’s been +5 days when I was told they needed 1-2. I’ve called multiple times goes to voicemail and or they hang up on me and as they aren’t open on the weekends I will need to wait until the following for some sort of update. WORST experience!

I had a disappointing experience with the service department regarding a safety recall on my car. When they suggested a day for the appointment, I agreed but made it very clear that I needed the car back by the end of the day, as I required it the following day. I emphasized that if this wasn’t possible, I was happy to schedule for another day. They assured me that completing the service in one day would not be an issue. However, when I arrived at 7 AM for my appointment, I waited 30 minutes only to be told that the service would actually require two days. This only came up after I reminded them that I needed the car back by the end of the day. Their lack of communication and transparency wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration.
