I've rented through Still Properties for 2 years now and they have always been nothing but kind and professional.
I locked myself out of my duplex this morning and called them to explain my dilemma.
Stephanie was at my door within 25 minutes to let me back in. 🙂

It's wild to me that they don't have a higher rating than they do. Stephanie has been nothing but amazing and personable since I first started the whole process of trying to rent with them. The original apartment that I was looking at became unavailable while I was trying to figure out stuff with the person I was going to move in with and she supported me the whole way and went above and beyond to help get me into an apartment, working with me through all the different hiccups that popped up. Towards the end of my lease there was a situation that came up that most landlords would have never worked with me over, and she was super understanding and again went above and beyond to help me out, and her supervisor as well was very understanding and amazing in working with me. Overall it's been by far the best experience I have ever had renting from someone, and I've lived in a number of different places now with varying levels of management.

We needed a property manager, and we're very glad we chose Still Properties. Stephanie has taken care of every need we had from the beginning. Her experience and professional approach are her two biggest strengths. Every time we had a question about how to go forward, she had the right answer. She actually placed a tenant in our rental property before we had our first mortgage payment. We are pleased because of the thorough background checks, solid procedures for covering utility costs, going out of her way to pick up keys from the real estate agent, coordinating a painter for the fence, and many other things she has done to go above and beyond what we expect. We have rental houses and property managers in other cities, and we're convinced that going with Still Properties was a great decision, and we'd highly recommend them to other property owners.

I was able to get into an apartment at my building of choice and was immediately met with professionalism! I haven't had a property management provide me with all the tools that I needed for moving in, all organized into a folder, with a key ring and all the copies I would need!

Anytime I've needed help from maintenance, it was handled the same day or right away if emergent, despite it being late.

Prices are affordable and the property managers (especially Stephanie) are very welcoming! All my neighbors are super helpful too. I'm so glad to rent here and their online payment system also allows you to submit service requests too. I highly recommend Still Properties!

They helped me find a perfect house to rent in a very tight market--and while I was living on the other side of the country. The house I rented was very clean when I moved in. The few issues I've had (A/C going out in summertime) were promptly addressed. The staff has always been accommodating, friendly, and helpful to me.
