If you love living in an over priced slum, then this is the place for you. If you love paying 800 dollars a month to fall through the floor, then yes youve found the right place. But what i love the most is when i have an issue that needs fixed, they send a maintenence man and it only takes 3 months for them to do it! Yet if youre a week late on half your rent, they send you an eviction notice with only 3 days to get out (which is illegal but they dont seem to care about legality). Also right across the street from some sort of construction site that is constantly emitting smoke and making loud noises. Been here 2 years. Hate everything about it.

Edit: also, they have a rat problem.

I lived there for about 8yrs while my kids were growing up. It was nice, but I hated the monthly inspections.

This place is horrible in every sense of the word the place looks like crap and the maintenance is nonexistent and dont ask for anything or they threaten you with eviction which has been my case the lady we will call her judy is as crooked as they get and will literally make sure to stick it to you if you complain about things such as exposed wires hanging out of the ceiling or the smoke detectors being 12 years old or the beige carpet being black as coal stay away from this one!!!
