Are the home’s expensive yes but your not going to find a cheap home anywhere (thank you government)
But I have come from a brand new home in Florida where I got the run around to the point I didn’t want them in my house
Stone Martin had gone above and beyond to help me
On time when they said they would be there
Took care of the problem
Helped me with my HOA app
Anyone who bought in here knows that there is a HOA and it’s going to go up
For the most part my house at this point is sound. Are they perfect no but I didn’t expect perfect. My only complaint is the grass it sucks so they need to put a good top soil down then grass or maybe find another landscaping company

Expensive houses built with poor quality that were quickly threw together during the pandemic. Stone Martin is a joke. HOA fees have increased every year. 250 then 500, now 600. When you close they will flat out refuse to fix any building mistakes if they don’t find it worthy of fixing. Every time it rains, water digs a hole in the ground. You can either buy gutters or get yelled by the HOA at for adding rocks to prevent soil erosion. Use an outside real estate agent as well. The two they have working the office have their interests at heart, not yours. ***edit to their response. HOA dues at closing for setup was $450. Then we received another bill for $250 afterwards. Yet another scam.

Bought a home there almost a year ago, It's turning into a wonderful neighborhood, and it makes it easy for me to go to work. I would recommend it for anyone looking to move.
