The maintenance team—specifically Dorian and Shawn—at this location helped me out when I had five work orders submitted. They explained all the repairs to me so that I was up to speed on what had and hadn't been fixed. They were able to resolve four of my issues and troubleshoot the fifth work order, which may be resolved by an off-site repair team within the week. I've never had a maintenance team that was this knowledgeable or that responded this quickly!

Love living here ar Stonepointe! Staff is friendly and responsive. New maintenance staff member Dorian jumped right on a few fixes i needed and was super friendly as well. Best apartments I have ever lived in.

I don’t want to remain tenant in this place. Don’t do that to yourself too.
Maintenance is so bad here, last time I asked for washer maintenance it took a month to get it fixed. Now I have a dryer Issue it’s been a week since I send a maintenance request and no response I went to the main office today, they answered was we can do nothing for you now.
So it’s okay for them to let you stay with out washer or dryer, but when it comes to the rent you have to pay on time or you pay fees.

I just called the number Provided from the reply comment, no one is answering , like I said to anyone read my review a please do your self a favor by not think a bout this apartment as home for you.

During my visit today, the staff here was nothing short of kind and wonderful. They took their time helping me and I never felt like a burden. Taya was and is an exceptional employee. I would love to add the Dorian from the maintenance team is incredibly friendly, and fast with his responsiveness. As always I am impressed.

The maintenance and staff are Very polite and understanding towards my concerns which is honestly new to me, but also works effectively and efficiently. Very much appreciated. Addresses any concerns I have in a timely manner. Clean environment. Parking is a pain in the butt but seems to be fine if you pay an extra thirty dollars for under cover parking. Much pricier than I am use to but it seems to be worth the pretty penny so far.

Coming to this community to tour was a great touring experience, I was helped by Daejah she was kinda, answered all my questions, and helped me find a home that will best suit my needs that will be coming up available. The home I toured was a 1 bedroom because that was the only home they had to tour even though I was looking for a 2 bedroom, the 1 bedroom was still so cute and spacious. The area is convenient as well! I will definitely recommend this community to friends and family.

I am moving to Washington soon and this community caught my eye, I scheduled a virtual tour with Daja and she was very helpful, being in Florida and finding a home in Washington has been hard but she made my touring process easy. I got to see a 1 bedroom home that has everything I am looking for, washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, a first floor home, and more! After touring the home she also took time out of her time to show me the extra amenities such as the pool and gym! Thank you Daja for helping me decide that this community is what I am looking for☺️
