Having nothing but issues at one of their properties. I moved from one unit to another to get rid of some super loud neighbors. This new unit is making me sick. I have gotten maintenance out time and time again and they do not fix the issues at all but say its working great. Now they want to sanitize the air because the air quality test came back acceptable? Why don't we fix the issues then clean up the odor because that still leaves me with a washing machine and dryer that smells like smoke when used and stinks. It has had two timers replaced, lint checked and still does not work correctly. Had this same unit in my other apartment and my clothes did not stink, and smell the apartment up with smoke. A sink in the kitchen giving terrible odors. A dishwasher that does not dry and causes mold to grow which they will not fix. They throw lemon juice in it and tell me run it once a week. It smells like musty wet wood and mold. Doesn't dry anything, has brown mold growing in it. Try to tell me am smelling plastic. I had this exact unit in my old apartment and it wasn't growing mold, would dry dishes and never had this smell. Wont even check the hvac that stinks. They literally flash a light on a filter and go its all good. The unit is outside is two pieces, you have never checked that. Does the same thing when I ask for the ductwork checked flashlight to a filter inside the unit. Every cabinet in the place stinks to high heaven. So sanitizing the air without fixing issues is going to help in no way shape or form. Do not even get me started on the amount of roaches I have killed in one month. Have asked to move units and get a no. Absolutely disgusted with this company. Meanwhile I am sick daily, cannot even have my animals that I'm paying for with rent for fear it would kill them in this unlivable apartment and they don't care. Until you fix the issues nothing is usable in this apartment. Does it need the air sanitized? Yes but it will just stink again soon without fixes to the sources of those terrible odors. What about all my porous furniture that is probably ruined at this point from the stench in this apartment? I am tired of this fight with this company for basic rights for a habitable dwelling.
