From the beginning to the end Wedgewood at Stonetree was the perfect venue for us. When we first toured the venue we were debating between Wedgewood Stonetree and San Jose. We ultimately chose Stonetree because of the huge bridal suite and upstairs pool table area for the groomsmen to hang out. Novato was also very close to where my husband and I met, so it was also sentimental to go back to the same area to get married.

When we made the decision and booked with them, they were soooo organized. We live in Hawaii and chose a Wedgewood venue because it was all inclusive and would be the easiest to plan from another state. They shipped the wedding binder over to us that contained all the details we needed to know. The coordinators then set up a handful of appointments to make important wedding decisions. The coordinators were very attentive, answering all of my many questions leading up to the wedding. We were able to meet virtually for some appointments if we could not make it back to the Bay.

In October, we were invited to an extravaganza with all the other wedding couples that booked. We were given a chance to see all the different types of decor, upgrade options, and try out the food. There were also many vendors that we met and a raffle for a chance to win upgrades. We loved this since we were able to preview all our options in person and had a great time.

With only a little over a week leading up to the wedding, we had our final meeting with Jackie. Jackie was our assigned day of coordinator and she was thoughtful, attentive, organized, and super caring. Jackie made sure everything was in shape for the day of and lead our rehearsal. She instructed our wedding party how, when, and where to stand during the ceremony. Jackie also decorated and laid out the wedding day decorations just how I envisioned it and made everything look so beautiful.

On the day of, Jackie was also SO wonderful. She checked on Max and I many times throughout the day and made sure we were well fed and hydrated. Jackie’s organization and reliability also gave me the chance to relax and just focus on us the day of. I did not need to worry about any logistics because she had everything covered. The food at the banquet was also FANTASTIC. The salmon, prime rib, and panko crusted chicken were all so delicious. Appetizers during cocktail hour was also very yummy. After the dinner service, it was Jackie’s time to go and she was swapped with the banquet captain. Since there wasn’t much time left, I didn’t get to interact with her much but she ensured that all our client provided items were packed and ready to be loaded in our car.

Overall, I would highly recommend Wedgewood at Stonetree. They have a beautiful venue, wonderful staff, and exceptional food. Everything was so organized and executed very well. Thank you so much for making this day unforgettable.

Working with Wedgewood Weddings was a complete delight!! I still get asked about all the ins and outs of the wedding and how in the world I made such an amazing day happen! Plus... they couldn't believe how stress-free I was. I always get to tell them... "It's all Wedgewood!" A few of our friends have recommended the locations to their family members because of our wedding! What a compliment. We absolutely loved working with everyone at Wedgewood! Planning with Danielle, Kimber, and Morgan was so great! Beth and Myranda especially exceeded our expectations during the rehearsal and on the big day! Their expertise during the event made everything so smooth and really helped calm our nerves. Beth's ability to anticipate our needs was truly outstanding! Our wedding guests were also super impressed! Multiple times we were told how much they loved the food and the venue. Our bridal party ran into some small snags during the clean up, but Myranda was very helpful and kind and resolved the situation quickly. We loved DJ Steve and he kept the party rocking! Everything and everyone was so amazing! You are all truly incredible and made our wedding extra special!

We got married in Fall 2021 and had such an amazing wedding at Stonetree Estate!! The whole Wedgewood Wedding staff there were incredible!!!! The wedding went so smooth, food was awesome, the guests had sooo much fun!! Not to mention it was gorgeous inside and out! Definitely recommend! 😀

I absolutely loved the place ! Had an amazing experience with everyone there! The landscape was perfect ! The wedding planners were Great ! All around beautiful place! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get married in the area!

Four months after our wedding, the frustration and disappointment still linger, but I can finally write this without becoming completely enraged. Our experience at Wedgewood was nothing short of a nightmare, and I urge anyone considering this venue to think twice—it’s the last place you want to get married.

Despite paying for their top-tier package with all the extras, everything fell apart. From the start, there were issues with the contract, which had errors inflating our costs. The florist was so rude and unprofessional that we had to drop her entirely, and the DJ ignored our meticulously planned playlist, opting instead for Christmas music during the pre-ceremony and mariachi music during our French 1800s, Old money, garden party-themed wedding.

The worst part was the venue itself; we booked 8 months in advance, and while we toured the place way before, we also noted our date over a year prior. From the start, we were told the whole place would be ours, and there was also no golf on Mondays, the day our wedding fell on. A week before our big day, we were told the property would be shared with “a few stragglers” from a golf event. Instead, we arrived to find a full-blown carnival atmosphere: barbecues, banners, music, loudspeakers, 300 people, and golf carts screeching around just 30 feet from our ceremony. It was actually a day-long REGIONAL golf fundraiser. So, as I stood at the altar, trying to focus on my vows and my new life with my now husband, I was overwhelmed by the chaos—yelling, revving carts, and the stench of burnt hotdogs. It was infuriating, and the precious memory of that moment is forever tainted.

Parking was a disaster, forcing our guests to walk something like a mile, and my bridal suite was so dirty I had to mop it myself after the three times I was told the venue was cleaned but given an excuse. The add-ons we paid for were just about forgotten before we corrected them and were met right away with an "Um, let me make sure." Not to mention, we missed out on key photo opportunities (one of the reasons we picked this place) due to the unorganized mess.

This was supposed to be our $50k dream wedding, but it felt like a scam. The only saving grace was the kindness of a few staff members, Jackie and May; you two are too good for this place. Brianna, Kimber, and Justin did the best they could, we guess. For anyone considering Wedgewood, don’t do it. There is so much more to say and, oh, so many more "events" that occurred on our day at Wedgewood, but this is what you must know to see that this is not the place and to keep looking. This venue doesn’t care about your once-in-a-lifetime event. You’d be better off eloping, booking a cruise wedding, or even heading to SF (or ANY) city hall—anything but this disaster and feeling like you need a redo.

And Wedgewood may say what they want in response, but at the end of the day, it is just so sad for my husband and I, especially me dreaming about this day since childhood, to just remember our day like this: your excuses and noise come extremely short when compared to the one day in our life that started the rest of it and is our cornerstone memory as husband and wife- Thanks, what a way to start.

This venue was the best Wedgewood Weddings property I have been to by far! I am a wedding photographer and work with quite a few of their venues, but this venue far supersedes any other! From the inclusive wedding options, to the pyrotechnics at the reception, to the amazing food, this venue is by far more than 5 stars, not to mention the most stunning ceremony and sunset views. If you are looking for a dream venue, then you can stop your search. You have found what you are looking for!

This was a beautiful venue for an outdoor wedding. The decor was beautiful. The views are beautiful! All of the guests are very well taken care of. The cocktail hour had both a well stocked bar and a delicious mini buffet. When we went inside, the tables were set beautifully. There was a large space for dancing and a large buffet for dinner. The bar was very well stocked. Because of the threat of virus, the facility stocked cleansing wipes for all of the guests hands. The evening was absolutely lovely!
