It’s been such a wonderful experience since my fiancé, child, and myself moved in! If we ever have any home-related issues, maintenance is on it right away—always fixing things promptly! I can’t say enough about the office staff; they're incredibly friendly and sweet!

We loved the leasing agent that showed us around the complex. The owner and leasing agent were always on top of everything. Unfortunately we lived in black mold and stayed sick, they left a huge hole in our wall that caved in and never fixed it. Our air conditioner always went out. The bathroom always continued to leak. I’m sure there are some great apartments in there, unfortunately ours was covered with black mold.

This is the absolute worst place to live. We first moved in to a 1bed 1bath in November 2022. It seemed like a nice place but I should have know something was wrong when we got approved so quickly. There were so many cock roaches and bugs it was so nasty. There was a lady that lived next to us and she was on hospice care and was dead for 3 DAYS before someone found her. Her apartment was covered in bed bugs, live and dead cock roaches, and it was so filthy. Then when the apartment had exterminators come to spray it, it was barely anything at all, a little in the kitchen and bathroom and that was it. Then as we were still living in the 1bed 1bath one of the neighbors that lived upstairs and down 1 from our apartment, his water heater leaked and I woke up at like 1am to find our apartment was flooded. The lady that lived below his apartment, hers was completely flooded and the ceiling looked like it was caving in. It wasn't that guys fault but then when all 3 of us called the emergency maintenance line they said someone came out and looked at it. My husband and I spoke with the guy that the water heater leaked and he said no one ever came into the apartment and if they did then they never knocked or asked to come in. We had so many things ruined from that and they didn't turn the water off until like 12pm the next day cause the water just kept flowing. And then they just came in with a shopvac to vacuum the water up. As well in the 1bed 1bath whoever put the toilet on the apartment above us didn't put it on correctly so everytime the people upstairs would flush, our toilet and bathroom floor and if someone was using the bathroom would be covered pee. That situation went off and on for months until it was finally fixed. The other problem we had in that apartment was the people that lived above us smoked weed all the time, I have asthma and migraines and I was miserable all the time because of it. We told the manager multiple times and nothing was done. Then they had a kid that would run and stomp all day and all night until like 3 in the morning. One night that had music blaring and there was stomping like they were having a party and finally the cops came after 11pm. Then we decided last year in October 2024 to transfer a 2bed 2bath cause we needed more space. We should have just left when we got the chance. We had to pay a transfer fee plus another security deposit and plus 1 month rent which in total ended up being about $2000. It was one thing after another with the managers and them never being there. You could call, text, or email and barely get a response back. One day I got a message and they said they would be in the office at a certain time and I said ok I'll be there at that time and I go and no one was there. After 3 months of living in the 2bed 2bath my husband got a job opportunity and we had to move. I spent 3 months trying to find someone to take over the apartment. I asked the manager if we had to pay anything to move out and they said no and I still have the email of that. Then before we go to move out they send us a bill of $550 saying it was a move out fee. I sent that email to them and said I was told we didn't have to pay anything and they said well I didn't know about it before I told you. So of course we paid the stupid money. We found a person to take over the apartment and they were approved. We did our final walk thru and gave our keys in on Feb 24th, 2025. They said we would get our deposit back in a month or 2. Well yesterday we found out that we got charged $3,000 because the other people backed out last minute and no one told us until over a week later. But, I'm signed up for USPS to get notifications on my mail and someone has started getting their mail sent to that address and it started the same day we turned our keys in. Never rent from this apartment complex or any of their other properties. They will lie and give you so many extra fees.

Someone hacked my account, the office women ( plural ) have been ANGELS.
Thanks for the understanding guys.
This review I read before hand was eye opening lol. I didn't post it.
Have a wonderful day.
You get what you pay for. Hate the roaches but it's not their fault. No matter how clean you keep it, they come and live with you haha.
Oh well, service is 10/10.
Thanks mckayla and sherry!!!

My father has lived in these apts for about 14 years... Every time I report that something is wrong the maintenance guy Troy ALWAYS makes sure everything is fixed and done right! Like when the sink kept overflowing he worked on it til he got the problem fixed even after having to go in the basement to get the job done. Then he fixed the bath tub fixtures that kept stripping. And he also fixed the toilet that was stopped up. But not only is he a great maintenance guy, he seems to care about the people he fixes things for. For example he checks in on my ederly father. My father doesn't get company much at all and it makes my dad feel good just for him to stop for just a second just to say hello and ask him how he's doing. Troy, I want to THANK YOU for that cz dad is really all I have left! And it means alot to me that it makes him happy! Thank each of you for everything!
