The managers, Sandra and Bob, are great people! They are always friendly, helpful and diligent. I hated to leave, but no longer need the storage unit. The facility is well maintained. Bob is always busy keeping the grounds clean and functional. Sandra always greets you with a smile, and will work with you on anything you need. I rented here for about 2.5 years, and I never had a negative experience. I've recommended this facility to family, who are currently renting here too, and happy with their unit. I would rent here again anytime!

We've had good experiences with management here. All of the slight issues we've had were taken care of right away - even down to a light bulb being out in our unit. When I went to the office to ask for a replacement, the owner was celebrating Christmas with family (unbeknownst to me) but still took the time to come to our unit to replace the light. Family run business.

Worst experience of my life. Put my belongings in the storage unit less than 30 days with a mouse infestation that I brought to my house. Very very very upsetting ruined my mattress pad to wash all my dishes, my clothes all my belongings and threw away a lot of stuff that was soiled in urine. I would not recommend the storage unit to a homeless person. Taking them to small claims court because they will not refund my monthly payment that I made. After making several attempts to contact the owner I was told I could not have the phone number then I was ignored repeatedly from Sarah that round the storage when contacting her she told me she was instructed to ignore me by the owner. This is unacceptable savanah posted a review after me Stating there is not a mice problem. It’s very obvious that is a staged review. There is definitely an infestation of mice without a doubt. BELIEVE IT I have better things to do than waste my time writing a post that’s untrue. Do not use the storage unit. The stench of ALL my belongings was unbearable.

These are older units. Kept up as well as they can be. Fairly decent pricing for the non climate control. The owner is awesome at getting back to you about your bill or concerns. The site manager however is a little flaky. We rarely saw her when we needed her. Hardly able to get her on the phone. Our unit door had issues and looked like someone kicked it in, but I guess it fell off the track so the day we moved out we found mice droppings on some of our items. We had a few wet boxes from a leak somewhere from the rain. I don't recommend renting from here. The owner is great, but I don't think he knows his manager very well.

Been using this storage unit for quite some time! I would highly recommend. Prices are wonderful, the unit is well maintained, no issues with rats, mice, no rodents at all! I wouldn’t believe any of the other reviews stating there’s been damage due to mice. Traps are placed all over the facility. The manager is amazing as well, very communicative, willing to help whenever is needed!

We moved up to WA from AZ back in May and needed a safe, clean storage facility while we shopped for a house. After a summer of chaos we finally found a house and closed but the house gave us one issue after another with the renovations. Tiffany was AMAZING and so patient every time I called and said I needed another month. She always responded to my texts or calls quickly and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the facility. I can’t recommend Stor N Lok enough! Affordable and great service !

So far i have had a storage unit here for a month, this has been a incredibly unproffesional business. I called and asked a month in advance if there was any storage available. I was told yes there was and asked if I would like it held. I said sure that would be great. I come in to get my keys and make payment for my first month just to find out I also have to pay for the month that was held. This was never discussed. So I pay my initial 200 dollars. I then have another 200 dollar payment due 9 days later. My wife and i try to call for three days to make our payment for the month of August. Finally i get a call back at 6:30 @ night the day after our bill is due. I give the manager my information and tell her to process the payment. I get a call aug 30th asking why i havent made august's payment yet. The manager does not remember the phone conversation or the messages we left. I ask for the owners contact information and she will not give it out. As far as i can tell at this point this place is just incredibly mismanaged. If the owner would like to contact me i will be available for the phone call.
