I’m amazed by their horrible words. Strategic Properties Inc has been, at least for me, since day one . Always are very helpful they pick up the phone every time I call and fix for the most part same day. I have nothing bad to say to me the staff is very friendly and professional. I have been renting for 7 yrs the only reason i moved out i just purchased a home 2025. Thank you Strategic Properties Inc.

Many people give bad reviews and it makes me wonder how was your approach when contacting them. I always do everything in writing so we have proof of what transpired and what was said this way I have a way to back up my allegations. Bashing a business is one thing but I feel that a lot of this could be avoided if you follow the chain of command and address issues professionally

I have no complaints at all and have done business with percilla for many years and usually handle everything with a professional approach. We always find a solution and make everything work for everyone.

Strategic properties is JUST okay if you can leave them alone and pay your rent on time. If you will need anything during your tenancy, just rent somewhere else. Stay away from them and Inked real estate if you want owners who genuinely care about their home and tenants.

They are very responsive but they manage properties for a bunch of stingy and shady owners (most of which are just additional property managers) who do not care about your quality of life or the quality of your home (unless they can blame and charge you for it! ) Their handymen are flaky, unprofessional and likely not licensed or trained in whatever they were sent to fix, and no, you can't hire your own workers in your own dime.

They are JUST above a slum lord and not by much. I could write the whole scenario out here but I'm sure they'd have some lawyer come on and explain it all away so they don't have to rectify anything because that's what they do.

Also they will rent you a dirty house with broken old blinds and then charge you from your deposit to fix and clean them as if you made the damage. Highly unethical.

the best moved in in November 2023 to a beautiful 3 bedroom home love the fact that I am able to zelle my rent and don't have to worry about getting a money order every month, had one issue with one of my restrooms called in for maintenance had a handyman here next morning and was able to fix the issue. Great customer service.

We were tenants for 10 years. I posted a review which is my opinion and my freedom of speech and my husband was contacted by the manger Persilla and advised if I don’t take the review down that. She would add our late payments to our credit report. I took the review down but after research found that reviews are protected by the fifth amendment. We have now moved out and received a bill for every repair and every item that was replaced in the home. Very unprofessional and rude office staff. Very unprofessional to threaten someone.
