I was well looked after from the day of property viewing to completion. Especially I do appreciate service from Rahul , was very experienced , knowledgeable and kept us updated all the way. Excellent communication.
24 hours concierge service and the staff are always kind and so welcoming. Is a new building and always clean. Great location,train station 3 minutes walk away and bus station 1 minute walk away.

I've had great experiences with staying at their Lu2on development. The building is managed very well. The staff are excellent and so polite and praise to Michael, Monika and Eli for doing a great job.

The apartments are a good size and the resident gardens are such a nice place to go for some down time when working from home.

Absolutely horrifying and appalling service and building management provided by this company.

They simply do not have expertise or experience in managing any buildings, leaving Sky Gardens (my building) in utter chaos. To name a few issues, we have had (1) no hot water for two weeks straight in the building during the coldest season of December, (2) lift buttons were broken for over two months before they fixed it, (3) building entrance door has been broken for one month now and no intention or update has been given to fix it, (4) lifts break on average every 2-4 weeks, (5) general cleanliness of the building is sub par and (6) there is constantly issue with hot water on average once a month. On top of this, the company has the decency to increase their service charges when they fail to provide the very basic service that the price we pay should encompass. This is simply not how you run any company, let alone a company that charges over £400/month, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

The whole Strawberry Star CRM and concierge team at Lu2on are absolutely fantastic.

Anna is super welcoming, extremely helpful and always goes the extra mile to help you. She also NEVER stops smiling which makes a huge difference. She even brought something for my puppy once to help him which just shows how passionate about her role and how lovely she is. And my puppy absolutely adores her (probably more than he likes me!).

The concierge team are hands down the best concierge team I've ever come across - Monika, Gosia, Eli and James are just fantastic and I always stop by to have a chat. Michael , the building manager, is also awesome and always very quick to answer questions and resolve any issues. They always smile at you, always great you, and always help regardless of time of day or how busy they are.

I've lived here for just over three months and I love it so much I'm looking to buy a property in the same building. The team at Lu2on are the best!!

Where to start with, with the property agent of course when it comes to moving to a new flat. It is always a hustle to look around for the good properties in the market. Agency can give the elite options but at the end the agent is the one who could do the best to get it done. A Person who could think what we exactly looking for and can help us.
In this case I need to give big credit to Lavinia C, who was completely exceptional in handling my case. The way she interacted from the first call till I receive the key was completely exceptional & understandable by knowing what and when I want. I had few issues with my previous property agent which got sorted mainly because of Lavina C, where she went out of her comfortable zone and make it happened. Without her I wouldn’t be enjoying the flat where I am staying now.
Which have completely proved STRAWBERRY STAR is a reputable property agency in the market and recruits the best in the markets and very lucky to have someone like Lavinia C in their team and she proves that she got a good ethics and values, which will be invaluable to have within the team. I am sure in future If I need to look for a new property I knew by now whom I must approach.
