5 star service and stress free is an understatement! We had been to the dealer and check out a few cars 2 times before actually coming in To test drive and possibly make a purchase Our sales person, John Powers was so chill. He NEVER pressured us to test drive , never pressured us to leave our name and number , just showed us what we wanted and answered the questions we had on our first 2 visits. Upon going to the dealer to make a possible purchase ,again working with John. He greeted us and we asked if we could test drive this time. We did and then let him know we wanted to possibly make a purchase. What happened next was so easy and straightforward. From discussing the price to purchasing an extended warranty, dealing with a trade in. We were so surprised with the expedience, we have never had such a stress free experience when buying a car. Today we went in to get help with the app. John jumped right in and took time to help us out and made sure my situation was solved. We are very pleased with our new Outback and with the customer service we have received. Earlier this month (October) I went to Subaru of Puyallup to browse for a potential new vehicle. I had other vehicle brands in mind of course but I wanted to visit this particular dealership first. I read the reviews and honestly it was the positive reviews that caught my initial attention. I just kept reading about all the great positive interactions people have had with this dealership. So I wanted to experience this for myself. Jordan Avery was my guy that helped seal the deal. He wasn't pushy or over selling. I really don't like feeling like I've got to make a purchase and Jordan gave me space to feel comfortable and relaxed being at the dealership. He had a lot of knowledge about the vehicles and was very patient with me and my questions.
Willie at finance was very helpful too and so was Brian Walker who helped answer a lot of my questions.
I'm now part of the Subaru family and I absolutely love my new ride! Thanks again to Subaru of Puyallup. I highly recommend this place.

Bought my first not-a-hooptie car, a '22 Outback.

I went in knowing what I wanted, and worked with Ryan Hewitt. He's pretty damn knowledgeable about the cars, patient, and is a good dude all around. He made the process easy, actually holding to their claim of being a 'stress free' dealership. My new car drives like a dream and I'm going camping.
