I know of Sue from a friend. She told me she met with 4 or 5 realtors but ended up with Sue and she could never be happier. Sue was not just one person you hire and just do things for the agent incentive/fee. She is passionate about her job, she truly cared about her client. Sue spent two full days more than 8hrs each with us to check our houses. We found a house we really liked and we thought we had enough fund for the house. We paid earnest. If we were able to buy the house, the Agent incentive to Sue was more than normal (often was 2% but seller offer broker 4%). The minute she knew we had funding gaps she did not push me about loans, I told her I was not comfortable taking high loan, she called the seller the next day and check with them on getting our earnest back. Besides, while we were negotiating, Sue tried to make sure we had the best price and best incentives from seller (add washer/dryer/fridge/etc). I have worked with 2 Real-estate agents before Sue, but so far Sue is the best!!! She is in for a long-term relationship.
