I expect professionalism from any agent, but Brooke offers much more than that. Of course, she covers the basics any professional would – as first time buyers, she walked us through the process, capably handled all our follow-up questions, put us in touch with good lawyers, inspectors and construction people, and talked about the rental potential of our property. The key differentiator, though, is her generosity – with her time and patience (we spent two years looking); with her understanding (she put 1-2 houses before us that really fit our criteria, but something intangible was missing) and with her keen desire to make sure you become part of the community.
