Poor choice of manager for this family friendly apartment complex. Unlawful management practices are conducted regularly, and condoned by the corporate office that is ultimately responsible. From etty retaliation tactics, harassing behavior and vicious attacks from the managers immediate family members, to the staff actually stealing from a tenant and selling items online. All of this is known and allowed by the current on-site manager. The unfair treatment has really escalated in the last few years. Unfortunately, Summer Park is not the respectable family friendly apartment complex it used to be. The manager has committed acts of theft, fraud and deception, and engages in very unprofessional and despicable conduct. The owners need to get rid of the current manager and replace her with someone that is capable of doing their job in a professional and subjective manner. The amount of sexual corruption that is committed within the office of Summer Park is atrocious.

The management is wonderful! Luv my neighbor's... The kids are very respectful... They have a beautiful playground with the soft rubber ground. Also a nice laundry room. They work really hard keeping this place up I love living here
I come from Santa Monica, in the LA County area. And I have to say this apartment. I feel safe
