Very poor service, unprofessional. They lure you in with false Numbers such as an incorrect core factor and then when they present the lease to you, they will then tell you that everything was measured and now the core factor is nearly double What was presented initially. Wasted weeks of my life while trying to open my business. Also, very disrespectful the senior vice president told me “you can earn that in an hour” in regards to the sudden bump in core factor Equating to nearly $400 difference per month. And on top of that, they had the audacity to tell me that they had never given me a core factor in the first place. I had to refer them to their first email with the LOI in it. I did not receive an apology once they realized they made a mistake and certainly they were not willing to negotiate, despite having made a mistake. Poor scruples here people. I Do not recommend this group at all.
