I wish they took better care of this area. There's always so much trash in the parking lot. It's obvious that there are a few individuals living in the vehicles.

Great retail location with a fine selection of businesses. Wondering though, if maybe someone could spend some time and money on making it cleaner and more inviting? The landscaping asthetic needs a major overhaul, and a street sweeper/window washer maybe. Just a thought. Just because it's an older property doesn't mean you forego maintenance and cleaning to get curb appeal. Better that than an empty run down eye sore that generates no revenue. 🤷🏼

A lot of little stores to stop at like Albertsons, Dollar store, cigarettes, vapes, a Tattoo shop, O'Reilly Auto, a Bar, pizza, subway, a Hallmark store... The only problem is the junkies outside, lived in cars or broke down ones in the parking lot.

It once was a great place to park, shop and grab a bite but now with the drift of Tacoma coming in, it's a pretty ugly sight.
