Summit Properties NW is one of the more progressive independent real estate brokerages in the state of Washington. Their managing broker. Sean Reynolds has been in the business forever and is a valuable resource. He is readily available and typically gets back to me quickly on urgent matters. I really like the streamlined process Summit has created with their paperwork. All I need to do is send my paperwork to a single e-mail address and it automatically goes to the managing broker, the back office and gets archived. Super simple. I also really like the videos they produce on a regular basis. Very informative content. I give them 5 stars!!!

Summit Properties NW has been so good to our company Hailar Home Team. We so appreciate Sean Reynolds, managing broker and his crew that truly helps out behind the scenes. They offer a lot of support, video for self promotion and to offer value to clients/prospects. All in all, the staff and atmosphere has been very productive and beneficial for us and you certainly can't beat the splits/cap with no additional desk fees or whatnot. I was looking to reduce my fees as a real estate brokerage but still wanted good company support.  Summit has been a perfect fit.  They have a high 80-20 split with zero other fees.  I also get a professionally produced video for each listing I do.  The company owner, Sean Reynolds also owns Reynolds & Kline Appraisal and so I get free appraisal support as well.  Super combination.  Summit Social media director, Darien Dunstan is a great help with Facebook, Instagram and all things online.  Chris Jones shoots, edits and produces professional videos not only for my listings but also for any kind of marketing I want.  So glad I chose Summit Properties NW.  Great group of people to work with.

Summit Properties has been an amazing brokerage to work at. Sean and his team are always available to answer questions and assist with listings. If you are a new agent looking to start out, or an experienced agent looking to move firms, I would highly recommend giving Sean a call. The 80-20 split/$10k cap with zero monthly dues beats out any of the other franchises. Sean and his team will also come and take drone/video footage of your listings, which can really help to get more traction on your listings.

The owner of Summit Properties NW, Sean Reynolds is a super knowledgeable real estate broker who has been in business a long time. He also owns a Reynolds & Kline Appraisal, a residential real estate appraisal firm so if I ever have appraisal issues they can really help me out. Some of the things that drew me to Summit properties NW were the use of YouTube video, social media and just simplifying the overall real estate process. The office manager, Irma is also really good to work with and does a great job handling all the little details. Really like working with Summit Properties NW!

For a year or two after I got my broker's license, I was at a typical place where I wasn’t doing a ton of business and did not want a brokerage that had high desk fees. Summit has a simple 80-20 split with no other fees. I never get charged a thing, only the 80-20 split. They also have a really low $10,000 cap which is easy to obtain 100% commission. They are super simple to work with and are way ahead of their competitors with their use of technology. They have really helped me with my social media and any YouTube videos I want to make. Summit Properties NW is a great fit for me.

I am a new real estate broker. I chose Summit Properties NW because they will support me as I get going and their fee schedule is such (no fees!) that I can spend the money I need to on marketing myself and starting my business. I am not required to spend thousands of dollars before I even hand out a single business card. They provide free video and tools that I can use to market my real estate business. At Summit I am not required to be present at the office, everything is done online – the way it should be. I am excited to get my real estate career started with Summit Properties NW.
