Worst company! If you’re planning to move to Cerro de Acala DON’T! I have been here for less than 6 months. I’ve had my vehicle, window broken, towed for NO reason and no one would help me with a reimbursement even though I am a resident here, and just recently had all four of my wheels stolen and my vehicle left on the pretty sidewalk bricks they put on the sidewalks. The crime is insane and their fake cameras are not a deterrent. In addition to my vehicle being vandalized and stolen from I have seen countless windows smashed. The police won’t even come out if called. I tried calling the property management today multiple times to notify them of my vehicles wheels being stolen and their mail box is full. They are useless.

The Summit Property Management team has been nothing short of phenomenal. I purchased a unit in an HOA managed by Summit last year and so far they have been nothing but helpful and friendly anytime me or my wife speaks with them. I honestly don't understand how the reviews are so low.
