From the initial search for a property through our entire time renting from Summit Rental Mgmt, Karen was exceptional. She was honest, fair, treated us well and was very responsive. The house we rented was clean and well maintained, When we left, the process was fair. It was a very good experience at a time in our life when we were quite vulnerable. Highly recommend.

Karen is just awesome! She made finding a rental easy and hassle free! She is always on top of things and is one of the friendliest people I have met since we moved! She cares about her tenants and has the most respect for them. We tried using a different rental company before we met Karen and it was a total nightmare! They didn’t care about the people only about the money coming in. So glad to have found Karen.

I cannot say enough good things about Karen- From my first contact with her she was polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help me find the perfect home for my needs. She has gone to the ends of the Earth to ensure my move-in was seamless. But it didn't stop there- she has been a huge help beyond my initial move-in! She continues to be super-helpful and accommodating as I get settled into the neighborhood, and I am confident I can count on her to always be there if I ever need anything!

Karen is awesome, we were in a bit of a complicated situation, and she helped my husband and I make it out of it smoothly. Everything was done quickly, our deposit came back amazingly fast, she communicated with me along the way. She tries her best to help you out. And is very nice and personable. Karen has always been so quick and responsive to any of our needs. Just today I told her our AC unit wasn’t working properly and she had someone contact me about it mere minutes later.
