Yesterday was an extremely good experience. Keau, went above and beyond her job title I’m sure. She was extremely thorough and very informative on every single step of renting a storage unit. You don’t find too much of that customer service these days anymore, but she definitely deserves some big kudos. She was very patient with us and, help us out every step of the way. Also the storage unit place is extremely clean and everybody there has seemed very helpful.

Super sweet and amazing people. You can leave whenever no strings attached which I feel a lot of places make you jump through hoops to leave. I moved and cleared my stuff super last minute and the very next day they closed my account. They will even perforate your rent if you leave in the beginning or middle of the month as long as give them a 10 days notice

Have 2 units and was paid up to date on one but couldn't pay the other until a later date but they refused to let me access the unit that was paid up to date until I paid for both units. That's ridiculous. I should be allowed to access my unit that was paid regardless of my other unit. Too expensive, gates don't roll up and down and the locks are rusty. Will be moving all of our belongings to a larger cheaper unit very soon. Poor customer service. Should be a crime.

I stored my belongings at this facility after moving out of my house, everything was fine until rats got into all my belongings and destroyed many of my belongings worth over $15,000. I received a check for 15% of my loss. They have electronically locking doors that don't seal tightly to the ground, I'm pretty sure that's how the rats got in. After the loss and while still trying to get payed by their insurance I was unable to pay my bill so they auctioned off the rest of my things. Do yourself a favor and go to a different facility, they're cheaper and more secure.

When you enter the office you get that home type feeling. The owners have taken a lot of considerations to make the place look great! I was greeted by the staff immediately and it was apparent that they are masters of customer service. They showed me some units and they are so much better than their competitors as far as price, cleanliness and security. Once I am ready to move from my house soon I will definitely use their services!
