Sumner Mill Apartments is a great place to live. The apartments are beautifully maintained throughout by the talented Rich. The office staff are so helpful. Viola greats everyone with a smile and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Natasha makes is all happen as the manager with grace and respect. These three individuals are so quick to respond to any questions and issue that may arise. I love the sense of community that is here are Sumner Mill apartments. The social opportunities provided by the staff and the proximity to shops and restaurants make it the perfect place to relax after a workday. You could not find a better place to call home!!!

I love Sumner Mill Apartments! The staff are amazing and go that extra mile. I had a few small maintenance issues which I reported just two days ago, and Rich, in maintenance, promptly addressed all issues. He was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasure to have over. On a personal note, as a newly widower, Rich engages in small talk and maintains fantastic eye contact, providing me with a sense of safety in my apartment. My family and I have lived here for a few months and have really enjoyed the complex and the city of Sumner. The staff here are friendly and quiet to respond to different issues. Today we had a bit of a plumbing issue, and Rich the maintenance guy was quick to come to our unit to resolve the problem. I'm thankful that we picked a great place for my family to live.

Property is always beautifully maintained and feels so homey! The maintenance guy, Rich, is always so helpful and quick! The ladies in the office are very kind and attentive. So many nice amenities too like the dog park, kids park and pool! Overall a great place to live 😊

Moved in these apartments in Nov and have not regretted it yet! New build community friendly. Nice amenities for my fiancé and I but also our dogs. Every problem or questions has been quickly resolved by Natasha, Rich, and Viola. Really quiet which is surprising seeing how close to the freeway it is. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking around the Puyallup to Auburn area
