The English language doesn't have enough words to explain how phenomenal the employees are! We bought a chainsaw in August and used it once then it stopped working. When we called them and talked to Bridger to explain everything they said just to bring it in so I explained that we were completely iced/snowed in on our property. Bridger talked us through checking normal human error issues and it was nothing like that. We also discovered an error on the purchase receipt that required administrative assistance to fix. The next morning we got a call from Hannah to get all the accurate information to fix the purchase receipt and to also notify us that 2 technicians Zack and Brandon, volunteered to travel the 3+ hours round trip over the pass and up to us to see if they could fix it on property, if not they would take it to the shop and repair it. When they got here they were extremely pleasant and helpful. We explained that we were in a tough spot and needed firewood as we only had about a days worth left, they said "that's not a problem at all, we heard about that and brought our chainsaws in case we couldn't fix it so we could cut some trees for you." They were unable to fix it so they took it to the shop got it fixed under warranty and are bringing it back to us on Monday. The employees are not only helpful but they go above and beyond expectation, there is no doubt these people not only love their job but value their customers. They put us at ease from the very beginning. We will continue to go to Sun Rental and plan to tell everyone we know that is where they should go too. A huge thank you to Bridger, Hannah, Zack and Brandon, you 4 are the type of employee that every company should strive to have work for them!

This business can fix just about any power mowers or equipment you may need repaired. Shawn is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. While I was dropping off two very different mowers, two other customers came in and were dropping off mowers that were different from mine and they were told that they would be repaired. I have never dealt with the rental side of the store.
This is also the local u haul rental store for colville.

Whether it was for a Wedding; Holiday Event or Simple Yard Improvements; Sun Rental has Always been the place I have Rented just about Everything. Also..In the past 18 years; I have either PURCHASED or Had my Stihl Chainsaws fixed here. The Employees Have Always Been Very Eager to Assist Me. Glad to Have Such A Business in This Area.

They rented me a 20 ft truck that had a dead battery that they had to Jumpstart and the belts squealed and the front tire rubbed against the front bumper. Awful service.

Sun Rental is excellent. Buying Stihl equipment 5 star service! Suns service dept is top notch, WAY above & beyond. They have kept our craftsman snow thrower & craftsman mower in top operating condition far longer than we ever imagined possible, saving us literally thousands of dollars in the process; they charge a fair price for goods & service & they go out of their way to answer questions every time we have a need & they are honest & helpful with every interaction we've had. Highly recommend!

Awesome people to deal with, from the guy over the phone and counter to the people loading and unloading. We used them for a dance floor for our wedding, the dance floor was super easy to put together and take apart. The condition of the dance could use some TLC but it’s a dance floor and was good enough for me. Will definitely be back to work with these guys. Gave a good small town vibe over the phone and in person.
