Have used this rental place even before sunbelt bought them out and never had issues with the equipment. Except last time I rented several pieces of equipment and the little guy behind the counter took it personally that I had a discount... openly and loudly complained about it in front of me, acting like I was stealing right out of his pocket. Felt more embarrassed for him than anything, but really annoying when I used this place for all other rentals and all my chainsaw stuff. Know he can't do much about his height, but he can still grow up emotionally...

We rented a two things today. May 4 of 2024 one of them didn’t work by the time we got to use the second one we had to run back and get another one, this is Saturday and we still had to have it back by 4 PM or they would charge us for a full day! Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention their service is slow and they said they close at five On their site… I got there at 12:30 to start the whole ordeal. We have gone there for years. Changing ownership obviously we will go somewhere else. Next time we use them for a lawn care all the time Not anymore!
I do want to add all the employees were very respectful and Kind and above approach.

I have rented a kubota 080 and an 057 excavator from sunbelt in Palmer and everything went absolutely perfectly. I also purchased my brand new Stihl ms170 chainsaw from them as well as they are the local Stihl dealers too! Nothing but good things to say. They were patient with me and made excellent recommendations throughout. A++ guys?

I rely on APR for all my rental needs, and do use their services often. I've never had a problem with dishonesty on my returns and I always bring them back in good condition, like I found them. They've had almost everything I've ever needed, and also provided sales for when I want to buy my own. They are friendly and easy to work with. I’ve always found them to be incredibly fair and accommodating and always do right by me. They are highly recommended for all your rental needs and for sales of some great machines.

We rent a skid steer every year from these guys (and gals). Rental rates are very affordable and they stand behind their products. Jim and staff are Knowledgeable, Solid Local folks with Superb customer service. Kudos to mechanic Marc for coming out (past Sutton) on short notice and fixing a minor issue - you saved the day!
Bottom line - If you demand affordable, quality equipment and superior local customer service accept no substitute.
