Professionalism my a**. Cathy is a Karen who wanted to get her way into anything. She and her husband are so rude and untrustworthy and will only accommodate you if you have money. They choose clients and if you are not good in their eyes, goodluck. There are other realtors there who will help you genuinely, so best avoid this woman or you wouldn't want his husband come at you. They are pathetic.

My real estate agent — Cathy Leogrande of Sundance Realty — was the best agent I’ve ever had. She was knowledgeable of the industry and the market and when things were tough with the seller’s agent, she was a pit bull...making sure we got what we needed. This was our second transaction with Cathy and I can’t say enough good things about her and her team! If you want the best real estate agent, go with Cathy Leogrande.

Cathy sold a home for us in the past at a time when the market was challenging for both the buyer and seller. She did an amazing job in guiding us and we were successful in selling the property for a price that was fair to both sides. Since then, I have contacted her many times for help in finding honest and fair trades to work on another property that I manage for my father. When we decide to sell this property, I wouldn't choose any other realtor other than Cathy.
